Shipping + Returns
 

most orders will be shipped usps ground advantage or usps priority. If your order says delivered but you cannot find it, please call your local post office as they can see where the package was physically left. if you feel it was stolen you must file a police report and then the post office can file an insurance claim for you.

returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, buyer pays return shipping and shipping on the new item. All items must be in original condition.

No returns or exchanges for Custom Orders.

Exceptions are made for defective items, by manufacturer defect only. If the item is washed against the recommended instructions, rendering it unwearable, that's non-returnable. Keep in mind, all of the items in my shop are handmade by me or one of my amazing team members, and I stand by our quality. If you need your item repaired, send me an email with pictures. We will get it figured out. :)

There are no refunds on patterns due to the fact that they are instant downloads. if you ordered a pattern and did not receive it in Pdf form via email, please email me and i will happily resend it to you.
